Our Story
Where Clark & Cove Begins
Clark & Cove began with a family — Abraham Clark and Jenny Cove — and a simple idea: luxury without the price tag. From a cross-continent move to New York to the pieces we ship today, every choice traces back to that. Real people, real standards, real service.

More information on this sculpture
One continuous metal line, bent into a seated Retriever
One unbroken metal line, bent into a Golden Retriever settled back on its haunches with the tail curving in behind it. The breed has to read from the sweep of the back and the tilt of the head alone, and that restraint is the entire idea. It sits in our minimalist dog sculpture range.
A metal piece with real depth that throws a shadow
The Golden Retriever sculpture is a solid metal piece with thickness that throws a shadow, one you pick up and stand on a shelf, desk or mantel. Weigh it against our home decor and sculptures.
What arrives
One flat metal piece in a single finish. No color to choose, no base to fit, nothing to assemble.
Size, and how it stands
It measures 3.35 in by 6.65 in, so no side runs past 6.65 in. That is shelf, desk and mantel scale, so measure your gap before you order. It stands on its own weight on a flat surface. More dog home decor.
Caring for your Golden Retriever sculpture
Dust it dry with a soft cloth and leave it at that.
The other five breeds in the range
Six breeds share the same unbroken line, so two dogs in one house can sit on a shelf together without the styles arguing. Footprints do differ between breeds, so read the figures on each listing rather than assuming they match.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where should I put the Golden Retriever sculpture?
It suits a shelf, desk or mantel, and it feels at home in a living room, an entryway or a quiet corner. The relaxed seated pose and the curve of the tail give it a welcoming presence, and at 3.35 in by 6.65 in it sits comfortably alongside books and frames.
How big is the Golden Retriever sculpture?
The Golden Retriever sculpture measures 3.35 in by 6.65 in, so no side runs past 6.65 in. That size suits a shelf, a desk or a mantel rather than the floor. Measure the spot you have in mind first so the seated outline has room around it.
What is the Golden Retriever sculpture made of?
It is made of metal in a single finish. One flat piece is cut and bent into a continuous line that draws a Golden Retriever sitting back with its tail curved in behind it, so the breed reads from the outline alone. It stands on a shelf, desk or mantel.
Does it stand on its own, or does it mount to a wall?
It stands on its own weight on a flat surface. Set it on a shelf, desk or mantel and it is ready to display straight out of the box, with no base to fit and nothing to assemble, and you can move it to a new spot whenever you like.
How should I clean it?
Dust it dry with a soft cloth now and then, and that is all the care it needs. The single metal finish runs along one open line, so a quick wipe reaches every curve of the back, head and tail, and it goes straight back onto the shelf, desk or mantel.
Are other breeds available, or can you do a custom one?
Six breeds share this outline style: Golden Retriever, Labrador, Beagle, German Shepherd, Chihuahua and Pomeranian. Each breed is a set design rather than made to order, so two dogs in one house can share a shelf in matching style. If your breed is not among the six, the collection is where any additions will appear.
