Our Story
Where Clark & Cove Begins
Clark & Cove began with a family — Abraham Clark and Jenny Cove — and a simple idea: luxury without the price tag. From a cross-continent move to New York to the pieces we ship today, every choice traces back to that. Real people, real standards, real service.

Minimalist Beagle Sculpture
Minimalist Beagle Sculpture
One continuous metal line, bent into a Beagle sitting upright with the head lifted and the ears falling forward. Nothing is cast and nothing is painted, so the whole animal is carried by the line and the space it encloses. It reads as a drawing that happens to stand up. It belongs to our minimalist dog sculpture line.
An indoor piece, not yard art
An indoor piece, not yard art
This breed pulls a lot of garden results: yard statues, ground stakes, weatherproof outdoor figures. Ours is none of those. It is an indoor object, unrated for weather, and we do not sell or finish it for a garden. Standing damp will not do it any favours. Keep it with the rest of our home decor and sculptures.
What you are actually getting
What you are actually getting
A single flat metal piece, one finish, no colour to pick and no base to fit. What it is not: not cast bronze, not a solid moulded statue, not woven wire, and not a nineteen-inch gallery piece. Our record says metal and stops there. We have not confirmed the alloy and will not guess at one to fill a spec table. The same metal and single finish run across every breed we draw, including the Chihuahua.
Where it stands, and how big it is
Where it stands, and how big it is
Recorded at 3.35 in by 6.65 in, so no side runs past 6.65 in. That is shelf, desk and entryway scale. It stands on its own weight, with no adhesive pad in the box and no wall-mount claim published, which is worth saying because sellers of this shape disagree about it. More in the same vein under dog decor for home.
Shop by breed
Shop by breed
Six breeds are drawn with the same unbroken line, so two dogs in one house can share a shelf without the styles arguing. Footprints differ between breeds, so read each listing rather than assuming they match. The full set is grouped under dog lover gifts by breed.
Closest to the Beagle
- Golden Retriever — the same recorded footprint, relaxed tail curve
- Labrador — the same recorded footprint, head angled up
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the Beagle sculpture go outdoors or in a garden?
No. It is an indoor piece, unrated for weather, and we do not finish or sell it as garden art. Searches for this breed pull a lot of yard statues and ground stakes, so it is worth being blunt: keep this one on a shelf, away from standing damp.
How big is the Beagle sculpture?
The record gives 3.35 in by 6.65 in, so no side is longer than 6.65 in. That is a desk-scale object. It is worth checking, because the same search returns woven-wire beagle sculptures around nineteen inches high that photograph almost identically.
Is this a figurine or a line sculpture?
A line sculpture. A figurine is moulded and painted for a lifelike look, usually in resin, and costs and behaves differently. This is an outline in flat metal with no paint and no modelled detail. Buyers expecting a realistic beagle will be disappointed, so we would rather say it here.
Does it stand on its own, or does it mount to the wall?
It stands on its own weight on a flat surface. No adhesive pad, no hook, no fixings, and no wall-mount claim from us, because we have not verified one. It is a shelf object rather than something you hang.
Which dog breeds do you draw in this same line?
Six: Beagle, Golden Retriever, Labrador, German Shepherd, Chihuahua and Pomeranian. The drawing style is shared; the footprint is not. This Beagle is recorded at 3.35 in by 6.65 in, the same pair of figures as the Golden Retriever and the Labrador, while the Pomeranian record reads 5.12 in by 6.61 in. Read the figures on whichever listing you are buying.
