More information on this sculpture
One continuous metal line, bent into a seated Beagle
The whole dog is one unbroken metal line: upright on its haunches, head lifted, ears falling forward. The breed reads from the outline and the space it encloses. From across a room it registers as a silhouette first and a Beagle second. It sits in our minimalist dog sculpture range.
An indoor piece for shelves, desks and entryways
This metal dog statue is an indoor decor piece, with an upright seated pose and lifted head that give it a calm, watchful presence on shelves, desks or entryway displays. The rest of the range sits under dog home decor.
What arrives
One flat metal piece in a single finish, ready to display with nothing to assemble.
Size, and how it stands
It measures 3.35 in by 6.65 in, which is shelf, desk and entryway scale. It stands on its own weight on a flat surface. Because the form is open rather than solid, it does not block what sits behind it.
The other five breeds in the range
Six breeds share the same unbroken line, so two dogs in one house can sit on a shelf together without the styles arguing. Footprints differ between breeds, so read the figures on each listing rather than assuming they match.
Closest to the Beagle
- Golden Retriever, the same footprint with a relaxed tail curve
- Labrador, the same footprint with the head angled up
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Beagle sculpture a good gift?
Yes, for anyone who loves Beagles. The upright seated pose and lifted head capture the breed's gentle curiosity and steady, observant nature in one continuous metal line. At 3.35 in by 6.65 in it suits a shelf, desk or entryway display, and it arrives as one piece with nothing to assemble.
How big is the Beagle sculpture?
The Beagle sculpture measures 3.35 in by 6.65 in, which is desk, shelf and entryway scale. Its upright seated pose keeps the footprint compact, and because the line form is open rather than solid, it does not block what sits behind it on a bookshelf.
What style is the Beagle sculpture?
It is a minimalist continuous line sculpture, a modern dog decor piece that captures the Beagle through its outline. The upright seated pose and lifted head give it a calm, watchful presence, and it reads as a clean silhouette on shelves, desks or entryway displays in a modern interior.
Does it stand on its own, or does it mount to a wall?
It stands on its own weight on a flat surface, so there is nothing to mount or fix. It is made to sit on a shelf, desk or entryway display, where the open outline reads clearly from across the room, and you can move it whenever you rearrange.
What is the Beagle sculpture made of?
The Beagle sculpture is made of metal in a single finish. The whole dog is one smooth, continuous metal line, and it comes as one flat piece with nothing to assemble, ready to stand on a shelf, desk or entryway display the day it is unpacked.
How should I clean it?
Dust it dry with a soft cloth whenever you dust the shelf around it. The open, continuous metal line is quick to wipe from end to end, so a light pass along the seated body and the lifted head keeps it clean on your shelf, desk or entryway display.
