Is the black chihuahua necklace a black finish, or a black-coated dog?

A black finish. Coco comes in three finishes — Black, Gold-tone and Amber — and the pendant shape is identical in all three. The color is the setting, not the dog's coat.

What is the Amber colorway?

Amber-toned stones set into the same pave face, warmer than the gold-tone version. It is an artificial stone, not amber resin and not a gemstone. The pendant shape is identical across all three finishes.

Does the pendant sit flat against the chest?

It lies against the chest rather than standing off it. The pave face is worked in low relief so it catches light from the side, but it is not sculpted in the round the way Rico is.

Will a zinc alloy necklace turn my skin green?

Some people do react to plated alloy jewelry, usually in heat or after contact with water and lotion. If costume jewelry has marked you before, treat this the same way: keep it dry and take it off before showering.
